We arrived to my grandparents house around 1:00AM & my sweet grandma had warm cookies and milk waiting for us! They sure tasted good after 13hours in the car.

One of my favorite things about driving across the country is being able to see all the different landscapes of this beautiful America.

The first night we stayed in Wichita at my grandparent's house and then had a nice morning resting and visiting with them. We had lunch at Jose Peppers and then hit the road again.
The Next night we stayed in Denver and ate at Jim N' Nicks, another favorite of ours. The next day we were back in beautiful Utah! It is so good to be home even though we both miss the sweet simplicity of our summer life. It is always a bittersweet experience when the summer comes to an end!
