YELLOWSTONE

Oh, Yellowstone. You have a little piece of my heart! Such a fun trip with our Fredrickson family! The weather was so refreshingly cool - it made me excited for fall.  Yellowstone is a gorgeous little place. So much to do and see! I wish we had had more time! We rented a little cabin and all stayed together.  We went on runs in the mornings together and then went exploring allllll day! We saw lots of wildlife- bison, bears, deer. It was so cool to see. We saw some pretty stunning sunsets as well. Everywhere you looked, there was beauty all around! Some highlights were: Old Faithful, the Yellowstone Grand Canyon, and Big Springs. 

10 Days

We talked my mom and Mike into extending their stay with us after our fun fourth of July weekend. Brock and Rissa stayed until Tuesday and my dad had to leave for a business trip but then came back. We had lots of fun over the next 10 days.  We went to the aquarium, did lots of shopping, watched movies, played outside, and went to the pool. We loved having them around for even longer and we were so sad to see them go!

Fourth of July

 

What a fun Fourth of July!! We had so much fun celebrating our first Fourth of July at our home. We hope to have started some new traditions. We went to the orem freedom festival, then had lunch, and played on the slip n slide, then we had a BBQ with ribs and all the yummy fixings, then topped it off with homemade ice cream and a firework show with neighbors, family and friends.  It was such a fun night and weekend. So glad that my parents, Mike, Brock, and Rissa could come up to celebrate with us for the weekend.
