Ogden Temple Open House

We were able to go to the Ogden Temple open house with some of the Freddy clan. It was a beautiful experience. Tyler and I talked after about how we were in awe of it's perfection and beauty-truly a house of the Lord.

The Dirty Thirty

We celebrated Tyler's 30th birthday this year with a weekend full of fun! On Friday, we celebrated with doughnuts and gifts in the morning and then that afternoon Tyler and I headed up to salt lake to eat, shop and see a movie while Jade had fun at grandma and grandpa's house. On saturday, we headed to midway to go swimming in the crater with some of our favorite friends. We had so much fun at this cool place and couldn't stop laughing the whole time.  The water was so warm, we hope to make it back in the winter time. After, we had a nice lunch and then headed home to our Jade. It was such a fun weekend celebrating our Tyler. We are so glad he was born and so happy he is ours. 

FHE

We grabbed some Rita's and headed to the Provo Temple with the Smiths for FHE. Jade and Max had fun playing t-ball together and they got a good lesson in sharing and taking turns. 

Jenn's Farewell

Jenn's farewell was on Sunday, July 27th. She gave a beautiful talk and shared a dream she had a year before she received her call. In the dream, she got her mission call and it said she was going to Czech.  A year later she received that call and is now almost on her way. It was such a lovely farewell filled with beautiful musical numbers, and the spirit. We had a fun luncheon afterward with yummy food and lots of good company. It was a great way to bid Jenn farewell.  

Saint George & the 24th

We went down to Saint George for the 24th of July and to meet Dillan's girlfriend he brought home from OKC. We had a good week enjoying the sunshine, pool time, hiking, and the beauty. We are so grateful for the pioneers who settled this great state. 

Young Love

We went to the splash pad with Hailey and Benson. These two little love birds had so much fun chasing each other around and eating ice cream. Oh, and kissing. 

Lake Powell & Fourth of July

We went to Lake Powell from July 2nd-6th. We had the best time, ate incredible food, enjoyed incredible views, hikes, and company.  Spending Independence Day at Lake Powell is the best way to celebrate our country. It was our favorite Fourth of July yet! That night we had a glow stick dance party and watched the fireworks. Don't get me started on star gazing- I could gaze at the stars all night. Despite Jade and I throwing up the last couple days, we are so glad we went. It was a trip for the books, thanks to our amazing family.
