Tyler and I discovered these when we were on our honeymoon. We have been dying for them to come out in stores and now they are finally here!! We love them. They are so tasty and such a perfect combination of Sweet and Salty!! Tyler was sweet enough to bring me home a few bags the other day. He is just always bringing me goodies. Love it.

This wasn't my first rodeo. I had tried sushi before, but never became a loving addict. So, when we went on friday night, I wasn't quite sure of what to order. The girls gave me some advice. We all ended up sharing, so I tried all sorts of sushi that night. I was doing fine until I was mislead. I tried raw salmon. Ew. I was striving not to gag, but I couldn't help myself. I was gagging. The texture, the taste, it was all so wrong. Though, I'll have you know, I did manage to swallow. After that episode I couldn't handle much more. Overall, I'd say I liked it better than the first time I tried it, but still not a loving addict.

Recipe:

SPAGHETTI CASSEROLE

from: Mom's Kitchen

Ingredients:

8oz spaghetti

2 eggs

2/3c. parmesan cheese

2 TBSP butter

2c. cottage cheese

1 lb hamburger {I used ground turkey}

1/2 c. shredded onion {if you don't like, don't use}

1 Jar of spaghetti sauce

1 c. mozzarella cheese {or however much you'd like}

Crust:

cook & drain spaghetti noodles. Combine 1 egg, parmesan, & butter. Mix with noodles & press evenly into bottom of 13X9 pan.

Layer:

Combine 1 egg and cottage cheese, layer it on top of noodle crust.

Cook hamburger & onion together. Heat sauce. Layer on top of cottage cheese mixture.

Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over top {I use A LOT of cheese}.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes

Serve with salad & garlic bread

Enjoy!

The alarm went off at 6:00 am this morning, it didn't quite feel like christmas morning to me, but it sure did to Tyler! We rolled out of bed, threw on some clothes, picked up the pickerings, and headed to the Apple store. We met Marianne, Eddie, and Brett there and we all were hoping we would arrive early enough to beat the lines, but sadly we did not. We were pleasantly surprised to see a million individuals also waiting to pick up the incredible iPhone. We ended up having a lot of fun waiting to get in and time went by surprisingly fast. When it came down to it, I probably ended up being more excited then Tyler.
